The U.S. Department of Commerce recently announced that the first anti-dumping fast sunset review was made on stainless steel plates and strips imported from China, and ruled that if the anti-dumping duty in this case was cancelled, the dumping of products involved in China would continue or reoccur with a dumping margin of 76.64%. On March 3, 2016, at the request of enterprises, the US Department of Commerce launched an anti-dumping and countervailing investigation on stainless steel plates and strips imported from China. On February 2, 2017, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced the final affirmative determination of anti-dumping and countervailing measures against stainless steel plates and strips imported from China. On March 1, 2022, the U.S. Department of Commerce launched the first sunset review of anti-dumping and countervailing investigations on stainless steel plates and strips imported from China.
