Indian stainless steel company Viraj Profiles Limited achieved another milestone in its development by launching an advanced perforating machine at a new seamless pipe plant on October 21, 2024. This strategic expansion marks the companys entry into the high-value seamless pipe field, consolidating its position in the global stainless steel market.
The production of hot processed mother holes has begun by piercing bright round rods with different grades and sizes, utilizing their internal stainless steel melting plants and bright rod manufacturing facilities. This is an important addition to the Viraj profiles product portfolio, as high-quality seamless stainless steel pipes can be used for critical applications that require high strength and pressure resistance, such as oil and gas pipelines, boilers, pressure vessels, and aerospace.
