1、 Crude steel output in domestic market

According to Mysteel statistics, the crude steel output of 40 domestic stainless steel plants in May 2022 was 3024600 tons, a month on month decrease of 0.89% and a year-on-year increase of 2.21%.

Among them, the output of 200 series was 1.067 million tons, with a month on month increase of 1.38% and a year-on-year increase of 19.82%;

The output of 300 series was 1427000 tons, a month on month decrease of 3.39% and a year-on-year decrease of 11.03%; (the output of 304 was 1181100 tons, a month on month decrease of 2.87% and a year-on-year decrease of 11.59%; the output of 316 and 316L was 108400 tons, a month on month increase of 8.08% and a year-on-year decrease of 7.51%.)

The output of 400 series was 590900 tons, with a month on month increase of 1.55% and a year-on-year increase of 14.72%.



2、 Crude steel production in Indonesia

In May 2022, the output of 300 series crude steel in Indonesia was 371000 tons (300 Series), with a month on month decrease of 13.11% and a year-on-year decrease of 13.72%.

3、 Stainless steel bar output

From January to April 2022, the total output of bars of 18 domestic stainless steel plants was 711700 tons, of which the total output of bars of 18 domestic stainless steel plants was 175600 tons in April, a month on month decrease of 7.34% and a year-on-year decrease of 24.44%. Of which:

The output of 200 series was 4400 tons, with a month on month decrease of 45%;

The output of 300 series was 156200 tons, a month on month decrease of 6.11%;

The output of 400 series was 16000 tons, a month on month decrease of 1.23%.

4、 Output of stainless steel wire rod

In May, 2022, the total output of wire rod of 18 domestic stainless steel plants was 134900 tons, a month on month decrease of 11.77% and a year-on-year decrease of 31.56%. Of which:

The output of 200 lines was 31100 tons, a month on month decrease of 14.33%;

The output of 300 series was 90400 tons, with a month on month decrease of 10.23%;

The output of 400 series was 13400 tons, a month on month decrease of 15.72%.

5、 Cold rolling output of stainless steel

In May, 2022, the output of 34 domestic stainless steel cold rolling enterprises was 1215800 tons, a month on month decrease of 9.83% and a year-on-year decrease of 6.08%. In April, the capacity utilization rate of 34 domestic stainless steel mills was 83.90%, up 3.4% month on month. Of which:

The output of 200 series was 385500 tons, a month on month decrease of 9.74% and a year-on-year decrease of 10.26%;

The output of 300 series was 597400 tons, a month on month decrease of 12.12% and a year-on-year decrease of 4.03%;

The output of 400 series was 232900 tons, a month on month decrease of 3.56% and a year-on-year decrease of 3.24%.
