The EU makes the first anti-dumping sunset review final ruling on stainless steel pipes and welded pipe fittings in China
On April 14, 2023, the European Commission announced that it would make the first affirmative final judgment of anti-dumping sunset review on stainless steel tube and pipe Butt - WeldingFittings originating in Chinese Mainland and Taiwan, China:
(1) Decides to continue to impose 30.7%~64.9% Anti-Dumping Duty on the products involved in the case in Chinese Mainland:
The Anti-Dumping Duty of Zhejiang Good Fittings Co., Ltd. is 55.3%;
Anti-Dumping Duty of Zhejiang Jnda Pipeline Industry Co., Ltd. is 48.9%;
The Anti-Dumping Duty of Suzhou Yuli Pipeline Industry Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Judd Pipeline Industry Co., Ltd. is 30.7%;
Alfa Laval Flow Equipment (Kunshan) Co., Ltd;
Kunshan Kinglai Hygienic Materials Co., Ltd;
Wifang Huoda Pipe Fittings Manufacture Co., Ltd.；
Yada Piping Solutions Co., Ltd;
The Anti-Dumping Duty duties of Jiangsu Huayang Metal Pipes Co., Ltd. are 41.9%;
The Anti-Dumping Duty of other manufacturers/exporters in Chinese Mainland is 64.9%.
(2) Anti-Dumping Duty of producers/exporters in Taiwan, China is 5.1%~12.1% (King Lai Hygienic Materials Co., Ltd does not impose any tax). The EU CN (Combined Nomenclature) codes of the involved product are ex 7307 23 10 and ex 7307 23 90, while the EU TARIC codes are 7307 23 10 15, 7307 23 10 25, 7307 23 90 15 and 7307 23 90 25. The dumping investigation period in this case is from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, and the injury analysis period is from January 1, 2018 to the end of the dumping investigation period.
