China & Indonesia stainless steel production category statistics in November 2023-Zhejiang Benji Stainless Steel Co., Ltd

According to Mysteel statistics:
In November 2023, the crude steel output of 43 domestic stainless steel plants was 2.984 million tons, a decrease of 3.7% month-on-month and an increase of 1.2% year-on-year. Among them:
200 were 979,000 tons, down 1.6% month-on-month and up 3.0% year-on-year;
300 were 1.492 million tons, a decrease of 2.7% month-on-month and 8.9% year-on-year;
400 was 514,000 tons, a decrease of 10.3% month-on-month and an increase of 18.6% year-on-year.
In December 2023, domestic production was 2.969 million tons, a decrease of 0.5% from the previous month and 2.8% from the same period last year. Among them:
The output of 200 series was 912,000 tons, a decrease of 6.8% month-on-month and 8.6% year-on-year;
The output of 300 series was 1.564 million tons, an increase of 4.9% month-on-month and a decrease of 0.5% year-on-year;
The output of the 400 series was 493,000 tons, a decrease of 4.0% month-on-month and an increase of 1.7% year-on-year.

Indonesias crude steel production in November 407,800 tons, an increase of 2.7% month-on-month, an increase of 10.0% year-on-year; In December, the output was 400,000 tons, a decrease of 1.9% from the previous month and an increase of 23.1% year-on-year.
First, stainless steel bar output
This month, the total output of 18 domestic stainless steel mills was 221,900 tons, an increase of 11.79% from the previous month and a year-on-year increase of 15.15%. Among them:
1, 200 series production of 10,500 tons, an increase of 50% month-on-month, an increase of 250% year-on-year;
2. The output of 300 series was 191,700 tons, an increase of 9.79% from the previous quarter and 9.29% from the previous year;
3, 400 series production of 14,800 tons, an increase of 23.33%, an increase of 3.5%;
4. The output of other special materials was 0.49 million tons, an increase of 16.67%.
In November, the overall output of domestic stainless steel bar steel mills increased from the previous year.
Second, stainless steel wire output
This month, the total output of 18 stainless steel factories in China was 169,700 tons, an increase of 0.77% from the previous month, an increase of 19.34% year-on-year, including:
1, 200 series production of 51,100 tons, a decrease of 0.58% compared with the previous year, an increase of 58.70%;
2, 300 series production of 100,500 tons, an increase of 2.55% quarter-on-quarter, an increase of 1.93% year-on-year;
3, 400 series output of 18,100 tons, a decrease of 4.74% compared with the previous year, an increase of 19.34%.
Three, stainless steel cold rolling output
This month, the domestic 34 stainless steel cold-rolled production of 1.3807 million tons, an increase of 2.04% month-on-month, an increase of 12.92% year-on-year, including:
1, 200 series production of 437,600 tons, a decrease of 9.25% quarter-on-quarter, an increase of 5.02%;
2, 300 series production 688,500 tons, an increase of 12.44%, an increase of 9.98%;
3, 400 series production of 254,600 tons, a decrease of 1.55% compared with the previous year, an increase of 41.44%.
Four, stainless steel hot rolled plate output
This month, the domestic stainless steel factory hot-rolled sheet production of 1,835,100 tons, a month-on-month decrease of 4.74%, including:
1, 200 series 737,100 tons, an increase of 0.74% month-on-month;
2, 300 series 781,200 tons, a month-on-month decrease of 6.19%;
3, 400 series 316,900 tons, the monthly cycle decreased by 12.49%;
