On September 9, 2021, the internal market protection department of the Eurasian Economic Commission issued announcement No. 2021 / 294 / ad21r1, and decided to maintain the anti-dumping duty on seamless stainless steel pipes with a diameter less than or equal to 426mm originating from Ukraine, with a tax rate of 4.32% ~ 18.96%, which is valid until September 6, 2026, in accordance with the Resolution No. 110 of the Commission on September 7, 2021.

   On February 10, 2015, the Eurasian Economic Union launched an anti-dumping investigation on seamless stainless steel pipes originating in Ukraine. According to Resolution No. 6 of January 26, 2016, the Eurasian Economic Union imposed anti-dumping duties on the products involved in Ukraine, with the tax rate of 4.32% ~ 18.96%, which is valid until February 25, 2021 (inclusive).

   On December 31, 2020, the Eurasian Economic Commission extended the deadline for the validity of anti-dumping duties on products involved in Ukraine from February 26, 2021 to October 18, 2021, and the tax rate remained unchanged. On July 22, 2021, the Eurasian Economic Commission released the disclosure of the final decision of the first sunset review of anti-dumping of products involved in Ukraine, suggesting that the anti-dumping duty determined in Resolution No. 6 of January 26, 2016 be maintained for a period of five years.

   The case involved products under the Eurasian Economic Union tax numbers 7304 41 000 1, 7304 41 000 5, 7304 41 000 8, 7304 49 100 0, 7304 49 930 1, 7304 49 930 9, 7304 49 950 1, 7304 49 950 9, 7304 49 990 0, 7304 90 000 1 and 7304 90 000 9.
