1、 Stainless steel classified export statistics
According to customs statistics, domestic stainless steel exports have declined for three consecutive months, with a cumulative decrease of 209 thousand tons, or 42.67%.
In September 2022, the domestic stainless steel export volume will be about 280,900 tons, a decrease of 65,800 tons on a month on month basis, or 18.98%; The year-on-year decrease was 87900 tons, or 23.84%. The export volume was about 8.021 billion yuan, a month on month decrease of 1.896 billion yuan, or 19.12%; A year-on-year increase of 28 million yuan, or 0.35%.
From January to September 2022, the cumulative volume of domestic stainless steel exports is about 3.4641 million tons, an increase of 161600 tons or 4.89% year on year. The total export volume was about 86.363 billion yuan, an increase of 26.563 billion yuan or 44.42% year on year.
2、 Stainless steel pipe outlet data
In September 2022, the export volume of domestic stainless steel pipes will be 52400 tons, a decrease of 2200 tons or 4.03% month on month. Including:
1. The export of seamless pipes was 22200 tons, an increase of 3.07% month on month;
2. The export of welded pipe was 17700 tons, a month on month decrease of 7.93%;
3. The export of other pipes was 12500 tons, a decrease of 9.34% month on month.
From January to September 2022, the cumulative export volume of domestic stainless steel pipes is about 446500 tons, including:
1. The cumulative export of stainless steel seamless tubes was 182900 tons, up 13.21% year on year;
2. The cumulative export of stainless steel welded pipe was 162300 tons, up 4.19% year on year;
3. Other stainless steel pipes were exported 101,300 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 5.58%.
3、 Top 10 export regions
In September 2022, the export volume of the top ten regions in Chinese Mainland will be about 173300 tons, accounting for 61.68%; From January to September, the cumulative volume was about 2019200 tons, accounting for 58.29%.
In September, the volume of exports to most regions declined, and the performance of the European market was still weak. Among them, Taiwan, China, Türkiye and Russia showed significant decline, with a month on month decrease of 18800 tons (39.4%), 9500 tons (61.1%) and 7700 tons (31.3%), respectively.
