On November 29, accompanied by Chen Shangsong, chairman of Zhejiang Dingsen Holding Co., Ltd., Xiang Binghe, chairman of Yongqing Group Co., Ltd., and Xu Kemin, chairman of Dingsen Steel (Private) Co., Ltd., Xiang Guangda, chairman of the board of directors of Qingshan Industry, went to the Presidential Palace of Zimbabwe to pay a visit to President Mnangaguwa and sign an investment memorandum of understanding with the Zimbabwean government.



In the presence of President Mnangaguwa and President Xiang Guangda, Chairman Chen Shangsong and Minister Zitando formally signed a memorandum of understanding. The MOU is an upgraded version of the MOU signed by the Zimbabwean government and Qingshan Industry in 2018. Qingshan will increase the production capacity of plain carbon steel to 5 million tons per year, coke capacity to 5 million tons per year, ferrochrome output to 500000 tons per year, and build a production line with an annual output of 1 million tons of cement and a processing plant with an annual output of 2 million tons of lithium concentrate.
