The ex factory price of high carbon ferrochrome in Inner Mongolia is 8500 yuan/50 base tons.

3 Nickel iron:

The tax inclusive index price of Mysteel high nickel iron to the factory is 955 yuan/nickel, which is unchanged from December 4th; The Indonesian nickel iron tank bottom tax index price is 950 yuan/nickel, unchanged from December 4th. However, due to the recent continuous decline in nickel prices, the profits of the nickel industry have shrunk significantly. Compared to other links in the industry chain, nickel prices have even shown undervaluation. The initiative of nickel prices to decline is insufficient, and short-term prices may be weak and volatile.

4. Stainless steel:

This week, stainless steel futures prices closely followed the trend of nickel prices, in a pattern of high actual supply, weak actual demand, weakened expected supply, positive expected demand, and high inventory pressure. In October, the production of 300 series stainless steel significantly declined, and there was no significant improvement in terminal consumption. Although there is currently a certain overcapacity in both nickel iron and stainless steel production capacity, and the cost side price center continues to shift downwards, due to the greater weakening of stainless steel prices, nickel iron and stainless steel factories are suffering more losses, and the downward space for stainless steel prices may be limited. Moreover, the actual reduction in production by stainless steel factories is relatively large, coupled with positive macro expectations, stainless steel prices may operate weakly.
