According to Mysteel statistics, in July 2021, the total output of bars of 15 domestic stainless steel plants was 222500 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 16.51% and a month on month decrease of 0.40%.

Among them, the output of 200 series was 5000 tons, unchanged month on month;

300 series 197500 tons, unchanged month on month;

400 is 20000 tons, with a month on month decrease of 4.31%.

In July, the stainless steel plant had sufficient bar orders, focusing on active production and delivery. At present, the bar production enterprises are not affected by the power production restriction policy, and the overall output basically maintains a normal level.

It is understood that since late July, under the influence of high prices, the pressure on steel mills to receive orders has slowed down slightly. At present, the mainstream steel mills are still receiving orders from August to September, and the output in August is expected to be affected to some extent。

In addition, according to the figures in the above diagram, the bar output of domestic mainstream steel mills will be about 2.42 million tons in 2020.
