Recently, the Xiangrui stainless steel fine line project of Qingshan Jingjiang Stainless Steel Industrial Park with a total investment of 12 billion yuan and the Jiangsu Puxiang high-performance stainless steel pipe production and construction project have been completed and put into operation.
At present, the Xiangrui stainless steel fine line project has 9 intelligent production lines put into operation, the production efficiency is 2 to 3 times higher than the traditional production workshop in the industry, and the annual output of stainless steel wire (rod) can reach 200,000 tons;
Puxiang high-performance stainless steel pipe production and construction project intelligent piercing machine, the whole process continuous cold rolling machine and other main equipment installation and commissioning in place, has been officially put into operation, after reaching the annual output of high-performance stainless steel seamless steel pipe 200,000 tons.
In addition, the key projects such as Liqing, Qinghui, Qinghao and Ruipu of the first phase of the Industrial Park have entered the equipment commissioning stage, and the six projects of the first phase of the Industrial park will be put into operation in the near future.
With a total investment of 12 billion yuan, Qingshan Jingjiang Stainless Steel Industrial Park is a major industrial project attracting the largest volume, optimal quality and strongest increment in recent years. Under the siphon effect of Qingshan "chain master", a number of new metal materials industry chain upstream and downstream enterprises are pouring in.
1, the total investment of 1 billion yuan of Zhengli stainless steel flange project has completed the pile foundation construction, the foundation cap is being poured, and the annual output of stainless steel flange is 150,000 tons;
2. Dejing high-quality stainless steel pipe project with a total investment of 1 billion yuan has entered the pile test, with an annual output of 100,000 tons of high-performance stainless steel welded pipe after completion;
3, with a total investment of 510 million yuan, Qinghang stainless steel deep processing project is carrying out the construction of the main steel structure of the plant, with an annual output of 15,000 tons of high-performance stainless steel seamless steel pipe, 1,000 tons of precision stainless steel pipe, and 5,000 tons of carbon steel pipe for new energy vehicles.
